Hole Punch and Flange Air Tool – 13/64 Inch Hole
This timesaving design allows the operator to use just one tool for making both holes and flanges in 0.76 to 1.52 mm (22 to 18 gauge) automotive steel to accommodate smooth lap welds. The two-sided punch and flange tool head also rotates for ease of use. Use one side of the tool head to punch a clean, flat 5 mm (13/64 in.) diameter hole, and use the other side to form a nominal 11 mm (7/16 in.) Long, 22 mm (.866 in.) Wide and 1 mm (.040 in.) Deep offset flange. Every pull of the tool’s motor lever delivers a precise hole punch or flange crimp in one powerful, controlled stroke. A cushioned grip around the all-steel motor housing offers comfort and sure gripping while operating the tool. The punch and flange tool head is made of hardened steel to ensure long dependable service, and the durable, lightweight pneumatic motor is compatible with existing air supplies.
