GOES WHEREVER YOU NEED IT TO

Malco MB48B Pan Style Mini-Brake

Fabricate drip pans, register boxes, and complex angled corners for flashing and fascia, right there on the job!   At just under 100 pounds (45 kg), if you remove just two screws, you can separate the Malco MB48B “Pan Style” Mini-Brake Anvil and frame to easily move it around the jobsite by one-person. You can carry it easily with two people when it is in tacked.  The MB48B brake operates on a workbench, tailgate, or optional legs to produce up to 135° bends in 22-gauge (0.86 mm) galvanized steel up to 48 inches (1.2 m) wide.  There is no fixed throat depth, so metal can be accommodated in any length.  This “Pan Style” Mini-Brake works great for fabricating plenums and large duct transitions right there on the jobsite.  A 5/16-inch (7.9 mm) plate-steel table apron and anvil frame, with an adjustable set-back and anvil strengthening ribs, ensures uniform bends.  The cam-over-center clamps help to keep the anvil secure in any position.
