This versatile tool design makes both holes and flanges in 22 to 16 gauge (0.76 to 1.52 mm) automotive grade, mild steel.  Use one side of the tool head to punch a clean, flat, burr-free 5/16 in (8 mm) diameter hole; use the other side of the rotating tool head to form a nominal 7/16 in L x 1 in W x .040 in D (11 x 25.4 x 1 mm) offset flange to accommodate no-bump lap welds.  Every pull of the motor lever delivers a single stroke punch or flange crimp with precision control.  The powerful, lightweight pneumatic motor is compatible with most existing shop air supplies and quick-connect hose adapters equipped with a male 1/4-inch pipe thread.  A cushioned grip around the all-steel motor housing offers comfort and sure gripping.  The punch, die and flanging head are made of hardened steel to ensure long dependable service.
