The Malco Edge Roller No. MRER makes clean precise bends along the edge of standing-seam metal roofing or metal building panels. The Edge Roller features an English/metric depth scale and is adjustable for 5/8” - 4” (15.9mm - 102 mm) bending depths. Easy-to-adjust thumb screws quickly lock in the stop gauges without the use of tools. Rollers at the ends of stops and a plastic pad at base of tool assure smooth non-marring operation as the tool glides along the length of a panel and gently bends the edge upward with repetitive motions. Long-life roller bearings and a stainless steel body offer long, dependable tool life.

How to Use
> Set the bending depth. Easy to adjust thumbscrews quickly lock in the stop gauges with the use of tools.
> Slide tool over edge of metal and make a score by gliding tool along full length of panel.
> Use repetitive motions to gently bend edge upward. Rollers at the ends of stops and plastic pad at base of tool assure smooth, non marring operation.
> Long-life bearings and a stainless steel body offer long, dependable tool life.
